A new tread mill machine has been placed in the Exercise Room.

Bulk Trash Pickup
|
Bulk trash pickup is scheduled for regular monthly collection, on the 4th Monday of each month. All items must be outside the entry to the Colonnade complex for pickup by 6:00AM and no earlier than 2 days before the scheduled pickup day. Further information can be obtained at www.opala.org.

If you are going to be moving heavy and/or large boxes and items, please ask to have the elevator padded 24 hours ahead of time. You can contact the Resident Manager's Office at 487-5252.

Contractors and handy men are not allowed to work in apartments on Sundays or Holidays.
